Please ensure that you agree with our Terms & Conditions before placing an order. Grimsby Town Football Club Ltd is registered as a company in England at the following address; Blundell Park, Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire, DN35 7PY. Company No 00034760 VAT Number is 127 7446 55. These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Placing an Order
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation, detailing your order details and your contact details. Once your order and payment has been accepted, we will email a confirmation of despatch, this confirms a contract between you and Grimsby Town Football Club. We reserve the right to cancel an order, if payment authorisation is not obtained, or if an item is out of stock. In all cases, we will contact you to make you aware of this.
Pricing and Availability
We make every effort to ensure that all product details, imagery and pricing on the website are up to date. However, there may be occasions where the information available is inaccurate due to unforeseen circumstances. If an error occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you and enquire as to whether you wish to continue with your order.
Occasionally an item may be out of stock when you place your order. This can occur due to differences in-stock notification levels at our physical store. In this instance, we will contact you to enquire as to whether you wish to wait for the item to be restocked, change your order, or cancel and receive a refund.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that items requiring personalisation may take additional time to be processed and dispatched. Items requesting personalisation may take 2-3 extra working days to be dispatched, this could increase during peak times.
Where possible, orders are dispatched using ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ services to help ensure the safe delivery of your items. Orders weighing over 1kg may be shipped via courier. Tracking information will be sent to the email address registered on your account once your order has been dispatched.
*International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and delays upon entry into the destination country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Click and Collect orders are usually ready within 48 hours of being placed. Once your order is ready to collect, you will receive a confirmation email from clubshop@gtfc.co.uk, which will include the Club Shop’s opening and closing times as well as its location.
Tax and Duties
International orders may be subject to additional duty may be charged at the discretion of customs & excise of the destination country.
All prices quoted on our site include UK VAT at 20% where applicable.
Returning Your Items
You can return unused products in their original condition, complete with tags alongside proof of purchase within 28 days for a full refund (excluding postage fee).
Faulty items returned will be exchanged (if requested) and returned at no further cost. The cost of returning faulty goods will also be reimbursed.
If you are not satisfied with your item, it is simple to return your item or order to us.

If you are wishing to return an order that has been placed online, simply pack up your items along with a note containing your name, address and reason for return and send it to the following address:

We advise sending all items with tracking and insurance, as Grimsby Town Football Club cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. Upon the receipt of your return, items will be checked and refunded/replaced as per your request.
In-Store Order
Simply return your item(s) to the Grimsby Town FC club shop within the time period set above for a full refund or exchange.
Customer Privacy
Any customer data collected by Grimsby Town Football Club will be securely held exclusively for our own use, and will not, under any circumstances, be shared with any third party companies for marketing or other purposes, in accordance with GDPR.
