Click and Collect
Orders which are placed for collection can be collected from the Club Shop located at Blundell Park. These items will usually be available for collection 24 hours after your order has been confirmed. Once your order has been processed and is ready for collection, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered on your account. Please ensure that junk/spam mailboxes are checked.
When collecting your order, you will be asked to confirm your name and the first line of your address.Â

We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of purchase. Items requesting personalisation may take 2-3 extra working days to be dispatched, this could increase during peak times.
Where possible, Grimsby Town Football Club will ship items using Royal Mail Signed For delivery to ensure the safe delivery of your items.  Orders weighing over 1kg may be dispatched by another Courier, with tracking information sent to the registered e-mail address once arranged.Â
