How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Items requiring personalisation may take additional time to be dispatched.
Orders shipped overseas may be subject to customs duties and could experience delays when entering the destination country. See our delivery policy for more information.
Deliveries are made via Royal Mail or a courier service. A signature may be required upon delivery.
What happens if I'm not at home for delivery?
If your order has been shipped via Royal Mail and you are unavailable to receive it, a “Sorry We Missed You” card will be left with details of where your parcel has been left, whether a redelivery will be attempted, or if it has been taken to your local delivery office.
If your order has been shipped via courier and you are unavailable, a card will be left explaining the status of your delivery. This may include details of a safe place, a neighbour who has accepted the parcel, or a future delivery attempt.
HOW DO I CLAIM MY 1878 MEMBER Ticket DISCOUNT?
Use the same email address as your Grimsby Town ticketing account to login (we have already created your account), if its your first time to the new site you will need to reset your password . Once logged in your 10% off discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Also any coupons left for the £10 off replica shirt offer will also automatically apply at checkout.
Please note the 5% off discount cannot be used at the same time as any other coupon code.
If your coupon is incorrect or not showing at checkout please contact clubshop@gtfc.co.uk Your details will then be cross referenced with our 1878 member database and your £10 off replica shirt coupons will be applied to your account and automatically applied at checkout.

I have forgotten my password. How do I retrieve it?
If you have forgotten your password for your account, do not worry. You can easily reset it by following these simple steps:
- Go to the ‘My Account‘ page – Navigate to the My Account page on the shop’s website. You will typically find a link to this page in the main menu at the top of the website.
- Click on ‘reset your password?’
- Underneath the login form, you will see a link that says reset your password?. Click on this link.
- Enter your email address or username -You will be directed to a new page asking for your details. Enter either the username or the email address associated with your account, and then click the Reset password button.
- Check your email inbox – Within a few minutes, you should receive an email containing a password reset link. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please remember to check your spam or junk folder.
- Create a new password- Click the link provided in the email. This will take you back to the website, where you will be prompted to enter a new password. Enter your new password, confirm it by typing it again, and click Save.
- Log in to your account – Your password has now been successfully updated. You can proceed to log in to your account using your email address (or username) and your new password.

Can I collect my order from the Stadium?
Yes. All items can be purchased for collection from the Grimsby Town FC Club Shop by selecting the click and collect option at checkout.
When collecting your order, you will be asked to confirm your name and the first line of your address.
