Refund and Returns Policy

Unused products may be returned within 28 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding any delivery charges. Returned items must be in their original condition, complete with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Faulty items will be exchanged (if requested) and returned at no additional cost. Reasonable return postage costs for faulty goods will also be reimbursed.

Personalised Items

Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.

This includes replica shirts and other products that have been customised with a name, number, or other personalisation.

Please note that shirts printed with the name and number of a player who subsequently leaves the club or changes squad number during the season are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Returning an Order

To return an item purchased online, please package the item securely and include a note containing your name, address, and reason for return.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Grimsby Town Football Club cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed in accordance with your request and our returns policy.

Returning an In-Store Purchase

Items purchased in store can be returned directly to the Club Shop within 28 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
